Francis & Sons Car Wash

First if you have a 1/2 ton truck dont go here. I first pulled up and bought my wash and an attendant came up and warned me if my tires wont fit he'll have to reimburse me. Thats fine and fair. Pull up and go through perfectly fine. At the end I was greeted by someone who (i assume was lead on the shift) told me to never bring my truck back due to it "being to heavy for there system". I drive a ram 1500.. I will not bring any of my vehicles back after this experience and subpar wash for $18.

I recently had a full interior clean done, which is $250. I picked up the car yesterday and it seemed ok at first, but I quickly realized there was this fine red lint from the drying rag all over the place. There were water spots on all of the windows which came from the inside, not the outside. There was some kind of orange goop on my dashboard which I think was cleaner or polish or something. When they write on the windows with that marker, they almost always forget to wipe that off, and I have to tell them. Weird vibes from many of the employees there too. I would give this clean a C+ at best, absolutely not worth $250 and would not recommend. Had to go to another car wash after and do a lot myself.

Francis and Son’s absolutely knocked it out of the park! I brought my Jeep in for a full service wash and added on mat cleaning for my all-weather mats plus a wax to tackle some scuffs on the doors. The results were incredible — my Jeep looks brand new. The team truly went above and beyond, and the attention to detail showed in every inch of the car. Highly recommend if you want your vehicle treated with real care!

Hands down the absolute worst experience that I have had at any merchant business in my entire life. I would give zero stars, if possible. I had to dispute the nearly $300 credit charge for a "detail" service that was nothing more than an amateur smash & dash con job. They damaged my vehicle in two places, did not touch the interior whatsoever and left wax visible all over the outside. They made no effort to tuck the towing mirrors before the truck went in the tunnel and the brushes yanked it out & broke the extension arm. I spent 90 minutes taking photos, filling out a damage report form, jawing with the attendants and trying to get a manager or someone of position to acknowledge the situation and/or demonstrate accountability. They just said they would submit a damage report & have someone call me. Nobody ever called me. I called their corporate office and submitted my own damage report. Nobody ever called me. They tell you there's a sign on site and that they are not liable for damage. The sign mentioned is not even posted in a visible location. Either way, a sign does not absolve business operators of absolute neglect. Did I mention that nobody from their office EVER called? I

Joe, Saul, the personable manager on duty, and the crew provided exceptional service on a sleepy and rainy Sunday. I was quoted two hours, but had my van back in about an hour’s time looking and smelling vastly different than when it first arrived. Looks exceptional for a vehicle manufactured in 2010. Thank you for providing such a gem of a service here in Tempe. I am very happy to give you my repeat business. Additional details for the uninformed: the bathrooms and waiting area were clean and welcoming. Very conducive to getting work done while waiting on your vehicle. They also provide an on-site ATM that dispenses $5 bills (there is a charge fee). Great foresight to whoever put that in. It was very convenient to tip the good folks working there today.
